The Summary report is a high-level dashboard that summarizes the whole analysis across all contrasts in one place.

What It Shows

  • Total DEG counts and up/down breakdowns.
  • Up/down ratios per contrast.
  • Distributions of adjusted p-values and log2 fold changes.
  • A per-contrast comparison table so you can see the relative scale of change between comparisons.

When to use it

Use Summary for a one-glance overview when you first open a completed project, or to compare the magnitude of the response across contrasts before drilling into individual reports like Volcano or GO.
