The Feedback report is a simple form for sending feedback to the Liragen team, directly from inside the platform. Like the Instruction page, it works without any project data loaded.

Categories

Choose the type of feedback you're sending:

  • Bug Report — something isn't working as expected.
  • Feature Request — a capability you'd like added.
  • General — any other comment.
  • Question — ask the team something.

Submissions are stored securely. Regular users can see their own past submissions; administrators can review all feedback.

When to use it

Use Feedback any time you hit a problem, have a suggestion, or want to ask a question about the platform — it's the fastest way to reach the team without leaving Insights. For account or credential issues, see Contact & Support.
