The Gene Card is a focused, single-gene dashboard. Search for or select a gene and see everything the analysis knows about it in one place — across all contrasts, not just the currently selected one.

What It Shows

  • Fold-change bar chart — the gene's log2FC in every contrast, side by side.
  • Significance — p-values / adjusted p-values per contrast.
  • Enrichment associations — GO/KEGG terms the gene is linked to (when available).
  • Expression profile — the gene's expression across all samples.

When to use it

Use Gene Card when you care about a specific gene — for example a candidate biomarker or a gene from the literature — and want its complete behavior across every comparison without switching the contrast selector back and forth.
