The Circos report is a compact, circular whole-experiment view that layers several metrics into concentric rings, rendered interactively with Plotly.

Rings

• Outer ring — gene log2 Fold Change values, split by direction (Up / Down).
• Middle ring — −log10(padj) significance.
• Inner ring — optional GO/KEGG enrichment terms.
• Center — connecting lines link related genes/terms.

When to use it

Reach for Circos when you want a single, presentation-ready figure that summarizes magnitude, significance, and enrichment for a contrast at a glance — useful as a headline visual in a report or slide. For precise per-gene values, use Volcano or Gene Card instead.
