Rates are set per sample and improve with committed annual volume. A fixed annual fee plus a lower unit rate is available where predictable terms matter more than headline price. Ask for the rate card.

Tier 1 — yours
Usage, navigation, and interpreting results. We provide training and materials for your team at no cost, and the user manual — 82 pages across English and Korean — is written so your team can answer from it.
Tier 2 — ours
Pipeline failures, platform defects and data issues, with a defined response commitment. You never have to debug a DESeq2 run.
Deal registration
Register an opportunity and it is protected for six months. We will not sell direct into a registered account during that window, and inbound leads from it route to you.
No bioinformatics team? That is the common case among the partners we talk to, and it is what the AI-written interpretation is for — every report explains itself in plain language, so tier-1 support is answering questions about software rather than about statistics.
